What is CITAD?

CITAD is Vietnam’s interbank electronic payment rail: the State Bank of Vietnam’s online Inter-bank Electronic Payment System, whose member application and bank codes carry the CITAD name, settling dong payments between banks at the central bank. Poplin pays out to Vietnam over CITAD, settling within three business days at the latest.
