What is CCE?

The CCE — Cámara de Compensación Electrónica — is Peru’s clearing house for low-value interbank payments, created by the central bank and local banks, whose immediate transfers credit the recipient in near real time under BCRP regulation. Poplin pays out to Peru over CCE, settling within one business day at the latest.
